If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 180 days from when you received your order to try the product and decide if it’s right for you.

If you choose to return it, here’s what you need to know: You can return any item you bought online within 180 days of receiving it.

We accept returns of unopened items within 180 days for a full refund, minus shipping fees. To get your refund, send all the items you received back to our warehouse at this address: 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. Please note, that you’ll have to cover the return shipping cost. It’s fine if you mail the items on the 179th day of your 180-day return period and we receive them later.

Once we get all the items, your refund will be processed within a few days.

Important Return Information

Returned items must be in good condition (not broken or damaged), and all accessories included in your original purchase must be returned.

Some situations may only qualify for a partial refund, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons that aren’t our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 180 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. We’ll let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

If your credit card has expired or changed, don’t worry – your bank will deposit the refund into your new card automatically.
